Stress is a set of biological disturbances due to an impossibility to answer a threat, either real or imaginary. If limited in time, stress is a normal reaction which brings you to a short-term resolution of the problem. If chronical, stress, maintained by exposure to the same external or internal causes, represents a danger not only for the psychological balance (anxiety, depression), but also for the body, with an increase of the cardiovascular risk.
