Starch that resists digestion is found in food:
- naturally starch-resistant: unprocessed whole grains, raw bananas (slightly green), corn
- containing starch, made resistant by cooking and cooling: beans, potatoes, lentils, pasta, brown rice, bread (wholegrain)
